Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order for Legare Windbird Alignment services, with all work required to be completed on or around April 28, 2026. The services must be performed at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore, Maryland. Payment will be made via Government Purchase Order (Net 30) upon completion and approval of the work, with all invoicing processed through the IPP system. The award will be made on a best-value basis, evaluating technical compliance, price, and the ability to meet deadlines. Vendors must be capable of securing funding until delivery and acceptance by the Coast Guard, and should note that some drawings may be export-controlled.
