Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, where the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order for QL3 parts. All deliveries must be made to the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center at 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD, 21226, and are required by April 24, 2026. The evaluation for best value will be based on the ability to provide the complete requirement, meet the required timeframe, and price. All vendors must have an active SAM.gov registration or proof of submission, and invoicing must be processed through the IPP system.
