Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial, firm-fixed-price purchase order for 160 metric tons of #80 garnet abrasive media, to be delivered in two-ton super sacks. All deliveries are required by April 1, 2026, and must be shipped FOB Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center at 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD, 21226. The award will be made on a best-value basis, evaluating the ability to meet the complete requirement, the required timeframe, and price. Vendors must have an active SAM.gov registration and will be required to invoice through the IPP.gov system.
