The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order for scaffolding/containment services at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. The work includes constructing scaffolding, installing a shrink-wrap enclosure, removing the shrink wrap, and disassembling the scaffolding in accordance with the Statement of Work, with an optional monthly extension available. Performance is required within nine calendar days with a start date on or around 01/02/27, and the option may extend performance up to six months and may be exercised within 30 days after completion of the scaffolding removal line item. Quotes will be evaluated on best value, including technical compliance, ability to meet deadlines, and price, and must include professional-engineer-approved drawings and a detailed work plan. No down or advanced payments will be made, payment is Net 30 through IPP, and a site visit can be scheduled if needed to bid.
