The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for an Eagle Tech Representative Service to perform a 3-D scan of the rudder in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The work must be completed on or around 10/10/26. Performance will occur at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. Quotes will be evaluated on a best value basis, considering technical requirements, schedule, and price, with past performance reviewed for responsibility. Payment will be made via Government Purchase Order (Net 30) through IPP, with no down or advanced payments, and vendors must assume financial responsibility until delivery and acceptance.
