Delivery is FOB destination to the Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room Bldg 88, Baltimore, MD 21226, and all deliveries are required by 10/9/27, Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Award will be made on a best-value basis considering ability to provide the complete requirement, meet the required timeframe, and price; vendors must have an active SAM.gov registration or proof of submitted registration. Material must use military packaging, marking/barcoding per MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129R, and include an itemized packing list attached to the shipment. Invoicing must be submitted through IPP with NET 30 payment terms, and shipping/freight charges must be included in the total cost, with shipping costs of $100 or more requiring a separate freight invoice if applicable.
