The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for Eagle Rivet Inspection and any needed rivet repairs, performed in accordance with a Statement of Work. Services are required to start on or about October 12, 2026, at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. Award will be made on a best-value basis under FAR Part 13 simplified acquisition procedures, with quotes evaluated on technical compliance, ability to meet deadlines, and price. Payment will be via Government purchase order with Net 30 terms, and all invoicing must be processed through the IPP system; no down payments or advanced payments will be made.
