The contractor must deliver the items to the United States Coast Guard (SFLC) in Baltimore, MD 21226, with FOB Destination shipping required. All items must be individually packaged and marked in accordance with strict military packaging standards (MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129R). Partial shipments are acceptable, and all deliveries must be made Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
