The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, is soliciting services to develop digital twins for the 154-WPC Fast Response Cutter. The major systems for consideration are the propulsion, electrical, and auxiliary systems. These digital twins will be used for CBM (Condition Based Maintenance), operator guidance, and system performance and optimization engineering change planning to enhance cutter readiness and reduce lost patrol days. Services shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work. This requirement is set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS is 541330 with a small business size standard of $25.5M. Request for Quotation, Number 70Z04024Q62406B00, and related documentation, is attached to this notice. The Government intends to award one (1) fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. The period of performance shall be fifteen (15) months from the date of award. NOTE: References identified in the Statement of Work are export controlled. If requesting copies of drawings, Offerors MUST request via email and include a copy of their Joint Certification Program approval form. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. The due date for receipt of quotations is 2:00 PM EST, March 21, 2024.
