The United States Coast Guard, Surface Force Logistics Center intends to solicit and award a fixed price contract on a limited source basis for the purchase of MTU engine overhaul parts kits to support the Patrol Boat Product Line (PBPL). The kits will support the recurring maintenance requirements for the MTU 4000 Diesel Engines currently installed on the 154' FRC vessels. The Contractor must package and ship twelve (12) sets of designated parts for USCG Yard use during center section overhaul of 20V4000M93L Engines servicing 154’ WPC Fleet. Each “set” is to be packaged into three (3) distinct kits. The first two (2) sets must be shipped to and received by USCG Yard no later than 180 days after contract award. The remaining ten (10) kits must be shipped to and received by USCG Yard at 45-day intervals following delivery of first two (2) sets.
