This co... This is a combines synopsis/solicitation for Service. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis/solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through federal acquisition regulation circular 2023. This is a contracting action is in accordance with Federal Aquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(2)(b) and 6.303-2 modified to reflect procedures in 13.5 (a)(ii). (Urgent nature of requiremnt is reason for the shortened solicitation) The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. Award will be made using the Best value evaluatuion method under FAR 13 simplifiied aquisition procedures (SAP) Lowest Price Technical Accepted (LPTA) and availability to complete the work IAW the period of performance.
