The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, Engineering Services Division, has a requirement to upgrade the existing security system installed at 707 E. Ordnance Road location, to include installation of a camera system, access control system, and security system. It is the Government's intent to solicit only United Security & Communications, Inc., the original system provider, and award a sole source purchase order for these services. Information required to allow for a sole source acquisition, including software rights, is proprietary to United Security & Communications. Services shall take place at 707 E. Ordnance Road.
