The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, Engineering Services Division, In-Service Vessel Sustainment team has a requirement to procure new Fire and Smoke Alarm Systems in support of the 175' WLM Buoy Tenders Major Maintenance Availability (MMA). Offeror shall be required to provide new fire and smoke alarm systems; an onboard repair parts kit; initial system stock parts; and technical and representative services to provide commissioning support and operational and maintenance training. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-500. Fire and smoke alarm systems shall be manufactured in accordance with Coast Guard specifications and shall be Coast Guard approved PRIOR to the closing date established for this solicitation. The Government intends to award one (1) Requirements contract, consisting of one (1) 12-month base period and nine (9) 12-month option periods, as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis. The due date established for receipt of quotations is 2:00 PM EST on April 26, 2023. Quotations received after this deadline shall not be considered. Any questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted in writing.
