Award will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable methos method under FAR 13 simplifiied aquisition procedures (SAP) The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through federal acquisition regulation circular 2022.
