This co... This is a combines synopsis/solicitation for Service. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis/solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through federal acquisition regulation circular 2023. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order.
