This Sources Sought is for an emergent repair of a USCG 45' RBM. Work will be performed in Sandy Hook NJ The period of performance is as soon as possible. Please e-mail SKC Kenneth Tankersley any questions or quotes regarding this notice. The intent of this notice MAY result in an award. Any sole source name contracting action will be in accordance with Federal Aquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(2)(b) (Urgency) and 6.303-2 modified to reflect procedures in 13.5 (a)(ii). Award will be made using the Best value method taking in consideration cost, and vendor availability. Any estimate or quote will be reviewed for price reasonabless before a possible award is made. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that a resulting would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objectives Any determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The USCG reserved the right to cancel this notice at any time. Thank you!
