The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Surfaces Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Small Boat Product Line (SBPL) has a need for the inspection, re-certification and repair services if required, for multiple mobile boat hoists manufactured by various Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in accordance with Attachment 1- Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide an inspector accredited by the United States Department of Labor to inspect, test, and report the condition of weight handling equipment of the Coast Guard Districts 1, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 13 as per 29 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 1919. As a result of this Solicitation, the Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract consisting of one (1) twelve (12) month base year and four (4) option periods of twelve (12) months each.
