The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Small Boat Product Line (SBPL), has a requirement on a brand name (OEM: MTU America, Inc.) only basis for the remanufacture of MTU Detroit Diesel 6V92TA Series marine engines currently used on the 47’ Motor Lifeboat (47MLB). This solicitation will establish up to three (3) multiple award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, with firm-fixed pricing consisting of one (1) twelve (12) month base period, and two (2) twelve (12) month option periods, that will allow the SBPL to order remanufactures of 6V92TA Series marine engines (in varying quantities) during the duration of the contract.
