The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Small Boat Product Line (SBPL), has a requirement on a brand name (OEM: Twin Disc, Inc.) only basis for the overhaul and supply of Twin Disc Marine Reduction Gears, model numbers MG-5114SC and MG-507A1, currently used on the 45’ Response Boat – Medium (45RBM) and 49’ Buoy Utility Stern Loading (49BUSL) small boats. This requirement is a commercial item acquisition. This solicitation will establish a requirements-type contract, with firm-fixed pricing consisting of one (1) twelve (12) month base period, and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods, that will allow the SBPL to order overhauled or new Twin Disc Marine Reduction Gears (in varying quantities) during the duration of the contract.
