The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price task order for troubleshoot and repair of CG 24303 CB-ATON-L. Company Name: FULL SAIL MARINE GROUP LLC It is the belief of the government that this company is the sole source to fulfill the need of one responsible source to satisfy agency requirement for troubleshoot and repair of CG 24303 CB-ATON-L. (See attached justification [JOTFOC]) The total estimated value is less than $30,211.57. This sole source contracting action is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(a)(1)(iii) and 6.303-2 modified to reflect procedures in 13.5 (a)(i). This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the item/s included in this requirement. FULL SAIL MARINE GROUP LLC; SMALL BUSINESS; NAICS 336611; STANDARD SIZE 1250 Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objectives. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive solicitation for future requirements regarding this troubleshoot and repair of CG 24303 CB-ATON-L. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
