The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Force Logistics Center (SFLC) intends to issue a Commercial Combined Synopsis/Solicitation as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Dry Dock Repair of USCG Station (STA) Bodega Bay (47305). The acquisition will be set-aside for Small Businesses. The Coast Guard intends to conduct the procurement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and, FAR Par 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Methods. The acquisition will be issued as a Best Value, RFQ. This Requirement will be evaluated using past performance as an evaluation factor. The standard NAICS is 336611. All work will be performed at the contractor’s facility. The performance period will be sixty-four (64) calendar days with a start date on or about 30 March 2021. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTION: Hull number 47305 is restricted to an area no greater than 400 nautical miles from the boat's home station (Bodega Bay), on navigable waterways, and no greater than 50 miles offshore.
