This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited using Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Government’s objective is to establish an ordering vehicle which may purchase the attached Schedule of Supplies of Reintjes marine reduction gears.
