Pursuant to FAR Part 10 (Market Research). The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, Small Boat Product Line is seeking qualified sources that are capable of satisfying the agency's requirement for a one-time purchase of the following items, in support of the fleets 32-TPB, 29 RB-S II, and 45 RB-M onboard crew communications system: NSN: 5965 01-686-4435 AMP HEADSET QTY: 100 EA MFG NAME: GENTEX CORPORATION NSN: 5820 01-623-5912 RADIO SET QTY: 31 EA MFG NAME: GENTEX CORPORATION NSN: 5830 01-654-7133 RADIO INTERFACE, INTERCOM CONTROL QTY: 4 EA MFG NAME: GENTEX CORPORATION IMPORTANT NOTICE: Interested parties should register in the System for Award Management (SAM) as prescribed in FAR Clause 52.232-33. SAM can be obtained by accessing the internet at www.beta.sam.gov or by calling 1-866-606-8220. The requirement will be for NEW and not re-manufactured parts. Companies having capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit complete information discussing their capabilities no later than the close date of this notice (04/24/2020). The information submitted must include: 1. Name of Company, Address and DUNS Number 2. Point of Contact and Phone Number 3. Business Size applicable to the NAICS Code (If Small Business, must identify concern) 4. Complete and current engineering data to demonstrate capability including acceptability of the offered parts (i.e., salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics) 5. Data that the offered parts have been satisfactorily manufactured for the Government. This data must include sufficient information to allow the Government to evaluate the information relative to the requirements. However, responses to this Sources Sought Notice will not be considered adequate responses to any resultant solicitation. This sources sought is issued pursuant to FAR 6.203-1 and HSAM 3006.302-1.
