SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE – 70Z04020Q55850B00 This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE and no award is to follow. Pursuant to FAR part 10 (Market Research), the United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center, Small Boat Product Line, Baltimore, MD is seeking qualified sources that are capable of satisfying the agency’s requirements by providing the attached list of brand name EZ Loader Trailer Parts, or equal, used to transport the 20’ Aids to Navigation Boat (20’ AB-S) and 26’ Cutter Boat Over The Horizon IV (CB-OTH-IV). Provide any documentation, illustrations, and/or specifications as needed to demonstrate the salient characteristics required. The anticipated NAICS Code is 336212 – Truck Trailer Manufacturing and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Interested parties should register in the System for Award Management (SAM) as prescribed in FAR Clause 52.232-33. SAM can be obtained by accessing the internet at www.beta.sam.gov or by calling 1-866-606-8220. The requirement will be for NEW and not re-manufactured marine trailer parts. Companies having capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit complete information discussing their capabilities no later than the close date of this notice (03/13/2020). The information submitted must include: 1. Name of Company, Address and DUNS Number 2. Point of Contact and Phone Number 3. Business Size applicable to the NAICS Code (If Small Business, must identify concern) 4. Complete and current engineering data to demonstrate capability including acceptability of the offered parts (i.e., salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics) 5. Data that the offered parts have been satisfactorily manufactured for the Government. This data must include sufficient information to allow the Government to evaluate the information relative to the requirements.
