The purpose of this notice is to identify viable sources. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is looking to purchase Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Complete Cylinder Assemblies and related parts from Mine Safety Appliances Company (MSA) on a sole source basis. However, we would like to maximize competition to the maximum extent practicable. If your company can fulfill all of the parts listed within the attached parts list, please respond to this notice. The assembly must have the same form, fit, and function as the Mine Safety Appliances Company Assembly, Part Number G-CM104101C111-0 and the related parts in the attached spreadsheet. Interested sources should contact the Contract Specialist, in writing, demonstrating their ability to provide these items, as well as providing any distribution or reseller agreements they have with MSA.
