This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be satisfied using 41 U.S.C 1901, as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS Questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing by e-mail to Allison.C.Ford@uscg.mil no later than 2:30 p.m. EST on August 12, 2019. Quotes are due no later than 2:30 p.m. EST on August 20, 2019. Award will be made to the Offeror with the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Quote who have been identified as an authorized repair facility by Hamilton Jet Inc the original equipment manufacturer of Hamilton Jet Drives.
