The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to remove and replace two existing garage doors at the Grounds Storage Building, Coast Guard Academy, New London, Connecticut. The work includes disposing of old doors, tracks, and hardware, and installing new white flush-panel glazed doors of the same size with all associated operating components. The contractor will verify framing, align and balance the doors, test operation, and demonstrate proper function to the Government. All work must meet manufacturer instructions, building codes, OSHA requirements, and industry standards, resulting in fully operational, weather-tight doors.
