The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is 70Z03920RFQPDD770 utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. The requirement consists of the purchase of all eBooks published in 2021 by Springer Nature in the specified subject collections. These fees are based on the USCG Academy’s status as a very small U.S. four year college. The USCG Academy in New London, CT would like to acquire the Springer Nature eBook collections listed as follows: Biomedical and Life Science Chemistry and Materials Science Computer Science Earth and Environmental Science Energy Engineering Intelligent Technologies and Robotics Mathematics and Statistics Medicine Physics and Astronomy Professional and applied Computing Behavioral Science and Psychology Business and Management Economics and Finance Education History Law and Criminology Literature, Media and Culture Political Science and International Studies Religion and Philosophy Social Sciences These eBook collections will be DRM-free and accessible to the authorized users as defined in the current license agreement between Springer Nature and the US Coast Guard Academy at: 35 Mohegan Ave New London, CT 06320 Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond.
