This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial off-the-shelf digital, live video/scoreboard display to be used at all home swimming & diving competitions in Roland Pool, Roland Hall, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is 70Z03920RFQPBB217 utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. Requirement specifications are as follows: Digital, live video/scoreboard display to be used at all home swimming & diving competitions in Roland Pool, Roland Hall. The boards shall consist of the following: Live Digital Videoboard / Scoreboard Videoboard Control System and Laptop w/ Software Package and Accessories Equipment Warranty One (1) bottom scoreboard panel Training Removal of old board Installation of new board Board should be customizable with USCGA Athletics colors and logos. Specifications: The board shall consist of the following minimum components/specifications: Live Digital Videoboard / Scoreboard 10 mm pixel spacing or better Displays 281 trillion shades of color Dimming capability Board measures approximately 9’ wide x 6’ tall Videoboard Control System Laptop Software Package displays swimming and diving scoreboard displays pace clock and team names displays full matrix graphics and animation displays live video and has advertising capabilities Accessories Bottom sponsor panel Measures approximately 9’ wide x 2’ tall Non-illuminated graphics Compatibility Scoreboard must be compatible with Colorado Time Systems 6 timing console and timing pads Training Install and removal of old and new boards A full copy of the manufacturer’s specification Minimum of a 1-year warranty on equipment Delivery and Install: The contractor shall notify the government Point of Contact (POC) when all items are shipped. Award Criteria: Award shall be made to the offeror whose proposal offers the greatest value to the government, on a firm fix price basis. 100% Set-aside: Total Small Business Offeror must have an “Active” registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database before an award can be made to them.
