The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is 70Z03919RFQPDD787 utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. The requirement consists of the purchase of all eBooks published in 2020 by Springer Nature in the specified subject collections. These fees are based on the USCG Academy's status as a very small U.S. four year college. The USCG Academy in New London, CT would like to acquire the Springer Nature eBook collections listed as follows: Behavioral Science & Psychology Biomedical & Life Sciences Business & Management Chemistry & Materials Science Computer Science Earth & Environmental Science Economics & Finance Education Energy Engineering History Intelligent Technologies & Robotics Law & Criminology Literature, Cultural & Media Studies Mathematics Medicine Philosophy & Religion Physics & Astronomy Political Science & International Studies Professional & Applied Computing Social Sciences These eBook collections will be DRM-free and accessible to the authorized users as defined in the current license agreement between Springer Nature and the US Coast Guard Academy at: 35 Mohegan Ave New London, CT 06320 Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond.
