Dimick Hall Auditorium Located at US Coas Guard Academy New Londo, CT 06320 -Dimick Hall cleaning of HVAC vents with HEPA vacuum then wiping down with Fiberlock Shockwave or industry equivalent. Only the vents around the outside of the auditorium are required to be wiped down. The vents over 12 feet require the mold to be effectively removed. - Air scrubbers will be used for the duration of this project and must be able to move at least 12,000 cfm of air. The air scrubbers must have a HEPA filter and at least one pre filter on them. REQUIREMENTS The company conducting the requested services shall have experience in mold remediation and be mold remediation certified. SUBMITTALS The following shall be submitted to CGA prior to the start of work: Mold remediation certification. Site visit is highly recommended: Any bidder interested in completing the project shall perform a site visit to the locations of the project to become familiar with all the existing conditions under which the project will be performed prior to submitting their bid.
