SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials, supervision and transportation necessary to install approximately 365 square yards (SY) of new hospitality grade carpet as identified in the Technical Exhibit. It’s possible that a minimal amount of small furniture and interferences may have to be moved by the carpet contractor. LOCATION: The specified work shall be performed at the Upper Lounge at Leamy Hall at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy located at 15 Mohegan Ave, New London, CT 06320. SITE INVESTIGATION: Any bidder interested in completing the project shall perform a site visit to the locations of the project to become familiar with all the existing conditions under which the project will be performed prior to submitting their bid. Visits to the site may be coordinated with CWO2 Brian Boss, Assistant Public Works Officer at 860.444.8554 or by email at (Brian.R.Boss@uscg.mil) (preferred).
