Offer due date has been extended to 04 May 2022 @ 8:00AM Preference will be given to Small Business Set-Asides --Total (FAR 19.502-2) . If no acceptable offers from responsible small business concerns are received, the set-aside shall be withdrawn and all acceptable offers will be accepted. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment materials and perform all operations in conjunction with inspecting, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing the Academy Fire Alarm Systems, Mass Notification Systems and related equipment. The contractor shall also ensure at all times the system complies with the most recent provisions of all current applicable State and Federal Regulations, National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) 72, National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code, and Maintenance, and NFPA 4, Standard for Integrated Fire Protection and Life Safety System Testing. All work must be done as specified in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Site visit is highly recommended: Any bidder interested in completing the project shall perform a site visit to the locations of the project to become familiar with all the existing conditions under which the project will be performed prior to submitting their quote.
