The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision to perform top dressing of the grassy areas and restore the skinned infield surfaces by laser leveling (or by matching the existing conditions) of the MWR Field, NCAA Division III baseball and softball fields at the Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT as detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) Targeted Period of Performance- Work must begin prior to 30 September 2021. SITE INVESTIGATION: Any bidder interested in completing the project shall perform a site visit to the locations of the project to become familiar with all the existing conditions under which the project will be performed prior to submitting their bid. Failure to visit site and make a proper assessment will not relieve the awarded Contractor from contracted work because of under (low) bid.
