GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision to perform weekly/biweekly textile laundry cleaning service at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT as provided in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Request for Quote is for Base Year plus Four (4) Option Years to extend services scheduled as follows: Base Year- (01 Mar 2021- 28 Feb 2022) Option Year One- (01 Mar 2022- 28 Feb 2023) Option Year Two- (01 Mar 2023- 28 Feb 2024) Option Year Three-(01 Mar 2024- 28 Feb 2025) Option Year Four- (01 Mar 2025- 28 Feb 2026) PICKUP. As indicated in Technical Exhibit 1, the contractor shall pick up soiled laundry at three campus locations (Michel Hall, Munro Hall, Chase Hall) between Monday and Friday excluding Federal Holidays. Pickup shall occur between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at each of the locations identified in Exhibit 1. DELIVERY. As indicated in Technical Exhibit 1, the contractor shall deliver cleaned laundry items between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and3:00 p.m. at each of the locations between Monday and Friday excluding Federal Holidays.
