The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision to perform lead dust cleaning of all window wells, windowsills, hardwood floors, carpet, front porch, tile in the bathrooms and kitchen, base floor, basement windows, basement windowsills, garage floor and HEPA vacuuming of any reachable outside window ledge areas that have debris. All work must be done as specified in the attached Scope of Work (SOW) and Technical Exhibit 1 (Floor Plan). The location of work is at Quarters 4, U.S. Guard Academy, 15 Mohegan Ave. New London, CT 06320 SITE VISIT: The USCG Academy highly recommend that all vendors interested to participate should perform a site visit schedule for 23 November 2020 @ 10:00 AM. Meeting place is at # 4 Seneca Dr. US Coast Guard Academy, New London CT 06320.
