General Description of Service: The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, materials, supervision and transportation necessary to install approximately 610 square yards (SY) of new hospitality grade carpet and approximately 460 linear feet (LF) of cove base in designated rooms as identified in the Technical Exhibit. Minimal furniture may have to be moved by the carpet Contractor IAW attached Performance Work Schedule (PWS) & Exhibits, PROJECT NUMBER: 16676520. Site Visit: It is highly encouraged any bidder interested in completing the project to perform a site visit to the locations of the project to become familiar with all the existing conditions under which the project will be performed prior to submitting their bid.
