FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (APR 1984) The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and transportation to carry out a water treatment program to protect the closed loop heating and cooling systems, cooling towers and steam boilers as detailed in Technical Exhibit 1 thru 3. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is for Base Year plus Four Option Years scheduled as follows: Base Year Period October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021 Option Period One October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022 Option Period Two October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023 Option Period Three October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024 Option Period Four October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025 US Coast Guard Academy highly recommend that all interested vendors shall perform a site visit to location of work prior to submission of quote. All work shall be performed during normal work hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding Federal Holidays.
