Revised Scope of Work - It has been determined that the IR ports are existing and were behind a metering cabinet. The attached and revised Scope of Work SOW reflects de-scoping the IR ports from the project. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision to perform repairs to the medium voltage (13.2kv) Breaker Cabinet #1 as pictured in the SOW. The damage occurred as a result of a fuse fire inside the cabinet for Roland Hall located at U.S. Coast Guard Academy, 15 Mohegan Ave. New London, CT. 06320. All work must be done as in accordance with the attached Scope of Work(SOW) along with pictures. Targeted Period of Performance is from date of award to 12 April 2021.
