The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, transportation, testing, supervision and the dry docking for the USCG Academy Training Vessel SHUMAN while work is being performed as specified in the attached Scope of Work (SOW). The location of the vessel is at US Coast Guard Academy Waterfront # 15 Mohegan Ave. New London, CT 06320. Targeted period of performance is 28 June 2021 through 16 November 2021. NOTE: Due to the limited abilities of the Training Vessel SHUMAN, she can only transit in the following waters listed in the Scope of Work (SOW). Furthermore, the dry docking contract can only be considered for contractors who have dry docking facilities accessible to waters listed in the SOW. NOTE: Line Items 0007 thru 0020 that will be executed based on end of year funds availability.
