The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, transportation, and supervision to perform duct cleaning at Michel Hall. There is approximately 21,546 Square Feet (SF) of internal duct surface. All work must be done as specified in the attached Scope of Work (SOW) and Technical Exhibits as follows: TE.1- Duct Work TE.2- Riser Finder TE.3- Bldg. Floor Plan TE.4- Duct Linear Ft. & SF Measurement Table The location of work is at Michel Hall US Coast Guard Academy, 15 Mohegan Ave. New London, CT 06320. SITE VISIT: The USCG Academy highly recommend that all vendors interested in submitting their quote shall perform a site visit prior to submitting a quote.
