The contractor shall perform work assignments within the parameters of the Statement of Work. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government with the following factors. The evaluation factors will be taken into consideration is Price Evaluation, Technical Requirements, Satisfactory Past Performance, Interpersonal Skills and full understanding of the required work. Evaluation of Factors will be greater than the price for the determination of award. _______________________________________________________________ Base Year- The period of performance is from award date plus 12 months. Brief Description of the Statement of Work Photography Services for Student Recruitment. Contractor shall provide all equipment, technology, technical expertise, transportation, labor, supervision, certifications, licenses, parts and materials and other services required as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) attached.
