The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision to perform annual lifting & handling inspection and testing for the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT in accordance with the Scope of Work attached. Request price quote is for Base Year plus Four (4) Option Years with period of performance as follows: Base Year – Period of performance is 01 June 2020 thru 31 May 2021 Option Year One (1) -Period of performance is 01 June 2021 thru 31 May 2022. Option Year Two (2) - Period of performance is 01 June 2022 thru 31 May 2023. Option Year Three (3) - Period of performance is 01 June 2023 thru 31 May 2024. Option Year Four (4) - Period of performance is 01 June 2024 thru 31 May 2025. SITE VISIT: The USCG Academy recommends that any vendor interested in submitting their quote shall perform a site visit scheduled for 11 May 2020 @ 9:00AM.
