The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, transportation, testing, supervision and the dry docking for the USCG Academy training vessel RESPECT while work is being performed as specified in the attached Scope of Work (SOW). The location of the vessel is at US Coast Guard Academy Waterfront # 15 Mohegan Ave. New London, CT 06320. Period of Performance is from date of award to 16th November 2020. NOTE: Due to the limited abilities of the training vessel RESPECT, she can only transit in the location of waters listed in the Scope of Work (SOW). Furthermore, the dry docking contract can only be considered for contractors who have dry docking facilities accessible to waters listed in the SOW.
