The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, transportation, testing, supervision and the dry docking for the USCG Academy training vessel HONOR while work is being performed as specified in the attached Scope of Work (SOW). The location of the vessel is at US Coast Guard Academy Waterfront, 15 Mohegan Ave. New London, CT 06320. Target Period of Perfomance is 01 March 2020 to 01 May 2020. ***Special Note: Due to the limited abilities of the training vessel HONOR, she can only transit in the following waters listed in the SOW. Futhermore, the dry docking contractors who have dry docking facilities accessible to waters listed in the SOW. We encourage to visit the site & vessel prior submitting a quote.
