The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision to perform preventive maintenance of the weight room equipment located in seven (7) areas at the USCG Academy, 15 Mohegan Ave. New London, CT as provided in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and equipment list. Request to provide quotes for Base Year and Four (4) Option Years with period of performance as follows: - Base Year- 01 Oct 2019 thru 30 Sept. 2020. - Option Year One (1)- 01 Oct. 2020 thru 30 Sep. 2021 - Option Year Two (2)- 01 Oct. 2021 thru 30 Sep. 2022 - Option Year Three (3)- 01 Oct. 2022 thru 30 Sep. 2023 - Option Year Four (4)- 01 Oct. 2023 thru 30 Sep. 2024 The USCG Academy highly recommend that any vendors interested in submitting their quote shall perform a site visit prior to submission of quote.
