The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision to replace an existing steam on-demand water heater (Ajax Boiler, Inc Model SI-V-06-SW-SP 1.50-D S/N 57431) and replace it with steam semi-instantaneous domestic water heater as specified in the attached Scope of Work (SOW). The location of work is in Michel Hall at the US Coast Academy, 15 Mohegan Ave. New London, CT 06320. All work must be done in accordance SOW attached. SITE VISIT: The USCG Academy recommend that any vendor interested in submitting their quote shall perform a site visit.
