This restricted RFQ anticipates a firm-fixed-price, sole-source award to Acron Aviation, Inc. for two Integrated Electronic Standby Instrument (IESI) NVG units (NSN 6625-01-HS2-8432; P/N 9200-34400-0501). Offerors must be able to obtain the required technical expertise, engineering data, and OEM parts from Acron Aviation to perform the required repairs. A Certificate of Conformance is required under FAR 52.246-15, and no drawings, specifications, or schematics are available from the USCG. Only F.O.B. Destination or F.O.B. Origin shipping terms will be accepted; Ex Works and Incoterms 2020 terms are not acceptable. Email quotations are preferred.
