This restricted RFQ seeks a firm-fixed-price purchase order, anticipated as a sole-source award to E.D.N. (CAGE 1PT53), for modified Lighted Panel, IFF (NSN 1680-01-HS3-6175, P/N 1100-48-1), quantity 1, and Panel, Light RH (NSN 5999-01-HS3-4824, P/N 1100-24-1), quantity 4. Offerors must be able to obtain the required technical expertise, engineering data, and OEM parts from Airbus Defence and Space SAU (CAGE 0117B) and Rockwell Collins, Inc. (CAGE 0EFD0) to perform the required repairs/overhauls. The contractor must furnish a Certificate of Conformance under FAR 52.246-15, and no drawings, specifications, or schematics are available from the USCG. Only F.O.B. Destination or F.O.B.
