The USCG Aviation Logistics Center Short Range Recovery Product Line is conducting market research via an RFI to identify qualified contractors capable of repairing MH-65 nose and main landing gear cylinder assemblies. Repairs must comply with the latest OEM Safran Landing Systems S.A.S. France Component Maintenance Manual and OEM technical requirements. The items are Cylinder Assembly NSN 1650-14-387-2620/P/N 19575-101 for nose landing gear and NSN 1650-14-043-0964/P/N 19570-101D for main landing gear. This RFI is not a solicitation or request for quote/proposal and will not result in contract award; it seeks capability statements from OEM-certified or otherwise qualified sources. Respondents should address OEM/service-center certification, FAA or equivalent certifications, repair/testing capability, parts availability, business size/socioeconomic status, 50% performance capability, subcontracting, lead time, warranty, Service Contract Labor Standards applicability, and repair facility location.
